Albania's prime minister has congratulated Kosovo on the successful parliamentary elections held this Sunday, via a post via the social Twitter network.
In his post, Rama congratulates Albin Kurti, for the best outcome, as well as not to mention other parties, congratulating the LDK for its second best outcome and the PDK for exemplary acceptance of the result.
