PZAP has replied to the coalition today NISMA-AKR-PD for votes coming from Serbia.
PZAP's response is estimated that the complaint of this political subject is inevitable.
“Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtesa PZAP, at the session held in 30.10.2019, reviewed the complaint: Anr.380/2019 of 28.10,2019 presented by the political subject NISMA-AKR-PD, headquartered in Pristina, against Central Election Commission decision (KQZ) The 1110.2019 Voter Service Division, which has called for the cancellation of Serbia's remittances through mail, for early elections for the Republic of Kosovo's 06.10.2019. The Anr.380/2019 complaint of the date 28.10.2019 HUDBER” says in PZAP's decision.
The Social Democrat Initiative against this PZAP decision has said it will complain to the Supreme Court.
