Election panel for complaints and pre-emptions rejects Initiative request - AKR for failing to prosecute votes coming from Serbia by mail.
PZAP has indicated it has rejected coalition demand Initiative - AKR-PD, in which you asked to cancel the ballots coming from Serbia through mail, Radio KTV.
In the motion put forward by this coalition, the Voter Service Division was said to have acted in opposition to Article 4.3 and 4.4 of the electoral rule, after accepting postal shipments in a collected manner (reatt), which is considered that all these votes have been completed at a location in Serbia.
But this request has been rejected by PZAP.
