The news has been made known by the President's Cabinet, under which the meeting will be held at 1:30.
US Special Representative for Western Balkans Matthew Palmer will deliver a speech to students and civil society at the National Library of Kosovo tomorrow in the day.
Palmer's visit to Kosovo was warned earlier, but the date of the visit was not set.
This visit to our country comes after Palmer made days ago in northern Macedonia.
Palmer had earlier said his goal is to get Belgrade and Pristina back to the negotiating table as soon as possible and secure an agreement.
He had also indicated that he accepted the post because he thinks an agreement on normalising Belgrade-Pristina relations can be reached, which, according to him, would pave the way for Serbia and Kosovo.
Palmer has shown hope that the future Kosovo Government would agree to suspend the tariffs to allow dialogue to resume, and that Belgrade will stop its efforts for other countries to lift recognition of Kosovo.
Otherwise, talks have been blocked since November of last year when the Kosovo government imposed the 100 per cent fee on Serbian goods. In response, Belgrade conditioned the resumption of talks with the removal of the tax.
The US and EU have called on the Government of Kosovo to suspend taxes to pave the way for talks, which has been rejected by official Pristina, saying they would be removed only when Serbia recognises Kosovo.
