Two official persons banned for misuse of official office during elections
Pristina, October 6, 2019, State Prosecutor announces the opinion that, at the order of the prosecutor, two persons suspected of having committed criminal work “due to the use of official office during elections” by Article 211 of KPRC have been detained.
National Election Co-ordinator Laura Pula, in co-ordination with Mitrovica Constitutional Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor, Fatmir Syla, after receiving information that voting contrary to CEC rules has been allowed, on the part of two commissioners, (head of deployment and official for identification at the 3805B/12D poll center, at the school “Sveti Sava”, in northern Mitrovica, has taken all necessary actions by preventing suspects and conducting procedural verifications
