As Reuters reports, Datsun fails to meet the company's sales goals in markets such as Indonesia.
Instead, Datsun is “masacron” selling Nissan-based models, the report says.
Datsun was founded in the early 1930 ' s and given the current name in 1981. However, the brand was neglected in favour of Nissan, Kosovo's broadcast.
Nissan rebuilt Datsun in 2013 as a more affordable alternative to Indonesia, Russia and South Africa.
Datsun's performance is said to be part of the global plan of “performance recovery” of Nissan, primarily to improve profit and sales.
In addition to the extinction of Datsun, Nissan also plans to reduce production in factories outside China, reduce fleet sales and eliminate failed models. For example, the new titan and Titan XD trucks will no longer come with the cabin Italic or the engine version of the dam.
