Natural oils that turn the home environment into a real SPA

You know that oils are not just for good smell at home but they have psychological benefits and mental health. According to a 2013 study, essential oils are scientifically effective in stabilising your mood and reducing anxiety.

If you want to relax when you go home and you want to feel like you're spending an hour in a Spa this mixture will make your day easier:

You need to prepare glass, for example a small jar or a bottle

Woodsticks (such as those used to make kebabs)

Alcohol (1/4 cups)
water (3/4 cups)

20 essenced oil points and you can choose this at will

lemon skin, orange, Mandarin, or citrus

Fresh plants or spices (such as borzilok, rosemary, tin, caraphill, nenjik)

Choose a glass container with a large throat to reduce the evaporation of the fluid in it, but at the same time the air in your room will be pleasant, with a very natural aroma. Put in the glass container the pieces of the flavoring plant, add water and alcohol.

Then drop some essential oil points. Position the glass container where you need it most and then put the sticks in the wood and your house will hold a very nice scent.
