Meanwhile, the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, is not participating in this meeting.
It is not known whether there will be bilateral discussions between the two leaders, Thaci and Vuciq, but the media have reported that the joint dialogue meeting will be the main topic of discussion.
