Malisha man sentenced to 400 euro fine after stealing a bottle of alcohol

In the conviction pronounced by Judge Lulzim Pazizi, the accused Gashi, in addition to the fine, he is obliged to pay even the 20-euro judicial paushal, as well as 30 euros for compensation to the victims, in the 15-day term, after the court takes the formal form.
At the initial review session, which was held on October 10th 2019, the accused Gashi had pleaded guilty to the criminal act he was charged with, reports the “Justice Trust”.
He had asked the court to pronounce him a milder sentence, with the reasoning that he did the work after being in a drunken state, and was unaware of the consequences.
The plea was not rejected by Prosecutor Yusaj, under which such an act had support in the subject's evidence and has been done voluntarily.
According to the indictment filed on March 29th 2018, by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, Armend Gashi is charged with being charged on November 9, 2017, at the former former business centre “Kastrati” in Malisheva, illegally collects the property of the injured Hajre Kastrati.
The indictment reportedly exploits the appropriate situation at the location of alcoholic beverages, takes a bottle of alcohol, type “Jack Daniels” a litre, and leaves the shopping center without paying, and the injured causes total damage of 28.95 euros.
With this, it is accused of committing criminal work “inbound”, by Article 325, paragraph 2, of KPRK.
