“We are talking about Skopje and Shkodra”, he added.
Despite that, on Saturday, Veliu has again said that once the results are certified there could be political talks with Vetevendosje again to see the possibilities of co-operation.
He has not ruled out the possibility of meeting experts to see if there might be an approach to the two parties' positions on key state topics.
“actually, these expert groups work to bring up attitudes about the programme and issues that are of” interest, he added.
