Kosovo ranks before Serbia per capita property

The well-known website of statistics "Statista" has recently published a list of 100 countries, and each per capita property.
Not surprisingly, on this list the first country with mostly per capita wealth is Switzerland with $567 thousand, followed by Hong Kong and the United States of America.

Part of this list has been Kosovo, which is ranked 95th of 100 per cent, with 23.150 thousand euros per capita per year.
Serbia comes to two positions behind Kosovo, with 22.500 euros.
