As albinfo knows. ch from its sources at the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ukelli has already been decreed by the country's president, Hashim Thaci, for the position of ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Bern. This was done after the request came from the Kosovo Foreign Ministry.
Sami Uwell was born in Podujevo in 1972. In 2006, he was promoted by Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria, with the title of the magic of social economic science. Then, in 2009, a postgraduate programme has been completed in Balkan interdisciplinary studies, Vienna, and so on.
Ukelli from 2010 to 2012, he was Kosovo's ambassador to Japan. In the period 2013-2015, he has represented Kosovo as its ambassador to Hungary, while from 2015 and until today, is ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Vienna, Austria.
At the Kosovo Embassy in Bern, he comes instead of Nazanne Breca, which holds the post from 2016. Before that, the Kosovo Embassy in Switzerland, from its founding, has led Naim Malaj.
