In a media communique, KMDLNj points out that Tahiri is being violated through public lynching, though no doubt has been raised about involvement in this criminal act.
“In a concrete case, KMDLN estimates that the chairman of Vushtrri, Xhafer Tahiri, is violated by human rights, the personality, dignity and authority, without a fact proving its implications in this criminal act, so every prejudice of the case is interference in investigative work and attempts to exercise influence on the judiciary”, the communique is said.
In addition, it says KMDLNY does not prejudge the guilt or innocence of suspects arrested because it is guaranteed by law, and if the law is violated then the principle of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo is violated and violated for presuming innocence.
The fact that those arrested for criminal offence are part of the family of the current mayor of Vushtrri, Xhafer Tahiri, did not automatism suspect the mayor of the municipality, so it is illegal to report where the first plan does not highlight those arrested, but the mayor of the municipality is more suspected than the arrested.
