Juncker hopes EU will change stance after decision not to open negotiations with Albania

At the October meeting, EU leaders did not approve the start of accession negotiations with northern Macedonia and Albania.
“Juncker expressed deep disappointment at the outcome of the EU Council meeting in October and voiced his hope that this position will be changed in the future”, an EC spokesman on Twitter said.
While, Vuciq thanked Juncker for many things he did for Serbia during his mandate.
