He said the election process in general went quite well, and that the credit is primarily due to Kosovo citizens, writes Periscopi.
Tahiri has invited the commissionors to stay in the polls and retain the vote.
He has said the PDK has won the October 6th early elections and that Baton Hadziu missed very badly.
Tahiri has cited the failure Hadzi's ex-poli had made in past elections.
