Havisto has said even the tax decision has stalled dialogue, meanwhile, has expressed Finland's readiness to help Pristina and Belgrade return to the negotiating table for normalisation of reports.
According to him, continuing dialogue requires a good will on all sides.
The Finnish minister has said that the message about tax removal has left Pristina during the visit, meanwhile, says in Belgrade I will leave the message that lobbies for the removal of recognition of the Republic of Kosovo are unacceptable and have a negative impact on dialogue for normalisation of reports, writes RTS, transmission Express.
