The Kosovo Football Federation announces the public opinion that the doors of the stadium “Fadil Vokri” for the Kosovo ʹMontenegro match, for European qualifications, will be opened at 18:45.
No person, including children regardless of age, will be allowed to enter the stadium area without a ticket.
In the entrances to the stadium as well as inside the stadium, strict measures of control will apply, so all citizens pray to read carefully the following rules and respect the requirements.
Citizens who ignore security regulations may be subject to punishment by law enforcement.
Rules:
1. The door to the stadium opens at 18:45.
2. Citizens are praying for time to arrive at the stadium, starting at 18:45 to avoid toll.
3. No tickets to the stadium area. Citizens who don't have tickets pray they don't come into the stadium area because they cause toloves. Citizens without tickets will leave the police.
4. No entry without a ticket. One ticket. No person, regardless of age, will be allowed to enter the stadium without a ticket. That is true of children.
5. Things not allowed in the stadium will be confiscated at the entrance. Unrighteous things include:
Pyrotechnic Tools
Glass bottles regardless of size
plastic bottles regardless of size
Alcoholic Drinks and Narcotics
) Food of any kind (as opposed to food for 24 months) such as seeds, chips, smoki, peanuts, nuts, badem, etc.
Ombella
Firearms or cold guns or whatever other means can be used as weapons
Heavy sets (back lines, folded chairs, etc.) and so forth.
Professional cameras and video cameras
Electronic, mechanical, or manual devices that produce noises, such as megapho, horn, or vuvuzela
) Promotive or commercial materials
Every racist promotional material, xenophobia, political, religious
6. Citizens pray for calm to be respected during anthems' intonation
7. Citizens are reportedly not allowed to block evacuation routes in the tribuna for security reasons. So landing on the stairs of the stadium is strictly forbidden.
