Fatmir Limaj urges full recounting of votes: Otherwise, the CEC cannot announce the election result

Chairman NISMAs Social Democrat, has said the decision on partial recounting on the part of the CEC, is insufficient to improve the deterioration of the outcome.

Limaj has interpreted what the Central Election Commission has said about forms that have been printed incorrectly.

“The CEC well knows that without eliminating this mistake, by recounting to the whole of every ballot box, it will not be able to declare election results in accordance with the Law for General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo and the CEC work regulator”, Limaj writes at the end.

What did the CEC say?

Formulators have been mispressed. Whose mistake it is to be revealed during the coming days, and it will be known how wrong oppression has come about.

The secretariat is responsible for distributing forms throughout Kosovo.

There is no need to wait for the QNR report to reveal the mistake Mrs. Daka found that the form was issued with error by the CEC Secretariat.

This decision would make sense if there were two different forms. But since it is known that it is only a printed form in one country and distributed in all of Kosovo's decisions, it is asked how it is possible that a form cannot be processed for 300 boxes, until it is possible to proceed for thousands of other boxes.

Therefore, we urgently demand that the CEC accept the error as a whole and not in part and create conditions for recounting each box to draw the election result just as it is inside the boxes and eliminate all these scandalous errors, distort the outcome, and many defects that have been transmitted by this error.

The CEC well knows that without eliminating this error, by recounting in all of the ballot boxes, it will not be able to declare electoral results in line with the Law on General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo and the CEC work regulator.
