During today, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has published the conclusions of the expertise of the Institute of Legal Medicine in Lozanne, Switzerland, in the case of Astrit Dehari, who had died on November 5, 2016, while being held at the Prizren Paraburg Centre as suspected of attacking the Parliament building in August 2016.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren reports the public opinion that on the date 23.10.2019 has accepted the report translated into Albanian into 58 pages of expertise from the Swiss Institute of Legal Medicine in Lozanne in the case of Astrit Deharit”, the report said.
Based on the findings of this report, the prosecution confirms that it will continue investigating this case and will undertake all necessary actions.
