Eagles were expected to bid for the side this summer, however, with no concrete interest.

He's become very dangerous in the attack over the past 15-18 months, which corresponds to the Eagles, who need new sources of goals. Rasica seems to be getting better at every match she's going through and Palace would be wise to buy her as soon as possible, before other clubs care about her.
