Why do you eat too much and not fat?

People who are weak even eat too much have more efficient and active adopose cells that can actually melt their fat before they can be collected into the organism. The news is reported by an international research team led by scientists of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism and Food Concerns at Saint Etienne's (France) University Hospital and Nestle Research - EPFL Innovation Park (Zvocer).
Scientists, led by professors Natacha Germain and Nele Gheldof, came to their conclusion after analyzing biological champions from 30 females and males characterised by the weak “background”, meaning with a BMI (Body Mass Index ) <18kg / m2.
The data was compared to those of another group of 30 to BMI from 20 pounds / 25 kg / m2.
Among the foolish champions were white fat tissue from the stomach, urine, feche, and blood to identify molecular processes that protect from fat.
By analyzing champions, it turned out that participants had genetically efficient, larger, and sized fat cells about 40% smaller than those of the other group.
As Noa.al learns, in their interior, in addition to others, mitokondria, energy centers of cells resulted much more active.
All these characteristics guaranteed the wearing of a weak body even by eating too much and doing little physical activity, burning the fat before it collected.
The research details are published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
