The attraction applies to sub-urban Chevrolet models Tahoe and Yukon 2015-2020, as well as individual vehicles of Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500, produced from 2014 to 2018.
The GM said that a disfunction of the sensor could result in unintentional action of the driving system and cause unintentional setbacks, Reuters reports.
This could cause the vehicle to return unexpectedly to one side, increasing the risk of a crash, the company said.
They also claimed they had not been informed that there had been confrontations with the problem, but that they had accepted about 150 complaints of unintentional control or side movement of the vehicle.
