Daka: Commissioners derailed the process, legal basis for total recount

In RTK, she said that what some commissioners have done is dirty work, because because their work tends to distort the vote, there will be recounting of many ballot boxes.
“The struggle within the type for party candidates is dirty, because it has proven to be different allies of”, Daka has declared. She has said that when the process is completed it will be correctly known who has tried to distort the will of citizens, and there will be criminal charges for those commissioners who have tried to do such things.
There are many commissioners who were convicted in the past, and likely many more will be investigated”, Daka said. The CEC chairman said this institution has not recounted ballot boxes with demands of any political subject, but because the QNR has noted an error in form. According to her, the CEC has no reason to decide for total recounting, because there is legal basis for that. As for the votes coming from Serbia, she said that for their legality, they will decide organs that are investigating the case, while the diaspora voting process has called it easily renewable.
According to the CEC chairman, the outcome of this process will take place sometime late this month or early November.
