The Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced the two former deputies, Xhavit Halit and Ghani Dresey, to attack LDK deputy Arben Gashi.
In the act provided by Inseder, Haliti and Dressaj are said to have been found guilty since on May 18th 2018, Haliti deliberately attacked MP Arben Gashi, pushing him arm and elbow on his chest, committing a criminal offense.
On the other hand, Dress, under this act, is guilty because in the same session, they deliberately screwed Gashi up by saying “com with them to break their face, and that's when he committed the criminal offense.
The court has pronounced them fine sentences, writes Insander.
The court has pronounced Xhavit to Haliti the penalty of a fine of 1,000 and 250 euros, which it is obliged to pay within 15 days. The same amount has been fined by Ghani Dressa - a thousand and 250 euros to be paid in 15 days.
