On show “Top Talk” in Top Channel, Cupi stressed that with the decision to reject negotiations with Albania, it is a challenge Turkey has won.
“It's not logical prejudice. Today we're here at a maximum point and we're so honest and so forced to speak out. The European Union has suffered huge failures just because it prejudged nations, peoples, because of religious affiliations. Virtually refusing negotiations with Albania is a challenge Ankara has indirectly won. They indirectly won Moscow and Ankara”, Chupi said.
