Four Albanians and one Spaniard have fallen into handcuffs.
Albanians had also managed to steal a medal given to an Atletico Madrid player in the 2016 Champions League final, against Real Madrid.
During the search of the gang residence, drawers filled with gold jewelry have been discovered, as well as expensive clothing and shoes, such as a pair of Versace boots.
The luxury car and considerable amount of euros have also been seized by police in the October 16th operation.
Thomas Partey, Álvaro Morata and Zinedine Zidane are just some of the players and sports personalities that have fallen prey to the Albanian robbery. / TCh/
