The prosecution has filed charges for the opinion case known as “Drenasi”, which has to do with child abuse from this municipality by police investigator and the school professor, which later turned out to be a chain event.
The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department for Mittur, has filed charges against six defendants with US initials, V.V., G.H., F.C., I.R., and H.H., due to the suspicion that the same were committed in criminal acts “Pressing on the illegal break of pregnancy” and “desistation during criminal procedure”, prosecutors suggest.

The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department for Mittur, has filed charges against six defendants with US initials, V.V., G.H., F.C., I.R., and H.H., due to the suspicion that the same were committed in criminal acts “Pressing on the illegal break of pregnancy” and “slain during criminal procedure”.
The prosecution reports that the defendant, U.N., is charged because of criminal acts “sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or occupation”, by Article 239 paragraph 1 points 1.3 of KPRK and criminal work “The quality of sexual acts with false wedding promises”, from KPRK's Article 240.
The defendant V.V., charged with criminal acts “Sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or occupation”, by Article 239 paragraph 1 points 1.3 of KPRK and “Pressing on the illegal break of pregnancy”, from Article 148 paragraph 2 over paragraph 1 and over Article 32 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
The defendant G.H., charged with criminal acts “Sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or occupation”, by Article 239 paragraph 1 points 1.3 of KPRK and “Recursion during criminal procedure”, from Article 395 of KPR.
Meanwhile, defendants F.C., I.R., and H.H. are charged on account of the criminal act “Sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or profession”, from Article 239 paragraph 2 points of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code. The case has been prosecuted at the Court.
