Lipjan municipality official was the manager of the school construction project while allegedly signed documents that damaged the municipality's worth 70 thousand euros.
To argue the prosecution in court Friday, Ilir Tashalin has invited the former director of Urbanism to Lipjan and once manager of the accused Visegrad.
Tashholl in his statement before the Court indicated that he had signed the reports of Visegrad and the same had believed them after they were written.
I don't think he could have signed any reports of the works that were not completed”, he replied.
Sitting in the witness chair, Ilir Tasholli dismissed the prosecution's claims that the budget was damaged during the construction of these schools.
The Lipjan and MAST municipality have not suffered material damage and I am unaware that economic operators under these two contracts have been subjected to any damage”, witness Tasholli said at the end.
Musa Shala, an education ministry official, has also been called to testify in the process. MAST and the municipality had co-financed the construction of schools in the village of Banulle and Krase
I'm not aware about the agreement on these two schools has not been paid a cent more”, the witness has confessed.
