A Swedish study observed the way one's age and sleep can affect their life span.
Researchers, who examined the data of approximately 43,000 participants, found that those aged 65 were more affected by the fact that they slept.
It was found that those who slept less than five hours at night could live less.
However, scientists said that you can increase the average time you sleep and, on the other hand, increase your chances of living longer by making up for every hour of lost sleep during the week with that weekend.

You can compensate by sleeping on weekends. This is actually an argument to enjoy the entire weekend”.
