Fear of making fun of healthy choices causes overweight among males, who put too much weight away, especially those of the New Year.
About 80% of the men surveyed said they were ashamed to choose soft drinks and order healthful foods because friends could ridicule them.
The company “wight Watchers” that made the survey said from 2,000 adults, 90% said they would lose weight during 2019, but only 10% made it.
