Researchers say that physical activity in general does not help to get pregnant, but they believe that walking can help obese women in particular to become pregnant. However, for women who have experienced one or more failures, researchers in a new study say that walking can help to stay.
Walking can especially help obese women, women who have difficulty getting pregnant, or those who have difficulty reaching the end of their pregnancy successfully. Amy Beckley, chief executive of “MFB Fertiliy Inc” said it agrees with this study and that walking can increase the chances of a woman becoming pregnant.
“A woman who is obese may have a neurox2>ovarian polycystic” (PCOS), or she is prediabetic, usually has hormonal inequalities that can cause infertility and premature birth loss of”, she explained.
Insulin causes ovulation, or low levels of progesterone, to react differently to hormonal signals, causing the ovulation, or low levels of progesterone, which are a major source of infertility and premature loss of pregnancy in obesity women.
The latest research was conducted by Lindsey Russo, a health science specialist in “The University of Massachusets Amherst” and its adviser Brian Whitcomb, an associate professor of biostatistics and epidemiology in “Public Health and Health Sciences School”
Their results showed that walking increases the likelihood of obese women becoming pregnant.
“We were happy to add scientific evidence for general recommendations about physical activity”, Whitcomb added. “This is especially true of results related to walking”.
