It was a waste of time. I asked them what would happen in 30 days if we opened the government if they approved the budget for the wall with Mexico. Nancy told me no. I said: Hello, hello, nothing else works”, wrote Trump on Twitter, broadcast KTV.
After the meeting, the Democrats said the president appeared angry and slammed the table several times.
The Democrats, who now control the House of Representatives, have said they will not vote for the 5 billion-euro budget for the wall with Mexico.
