Arber Morina took about 24 years to reach the general surgeon's degree.
Much effort and sacrifice says to have been made to occupy a health - tescretary job at QKUK, where, despite his wages, it amounts to just over 600 euros.
But employees of another state institution should not carry out so much effort and school to get a salary starting from 520 to 2,280 euros.
It's about employees at the Air Navigation Service Agency who took advantage of pay increases in this end, thanks to an internal regulation that was adopted on the last day of the year we left behind.
There the salary codes are specified for 125 titles with 22 different hierarchical degrees, ranging from the lowest position -- that of cleaners and interns paid out of 520 euros -- to move forward with the driver who receives a salary of 570 euros.
And, co-efficinators after the cofficiency, the salary amounts to two thousand and 132 euros for manager's office.
150 euros more are received by the Department for Quality, Security and Air Traffic and Department managers, whose salary is 2,888 euros.
But, in this regulation, salaries are not specified for the position of director and deputy directors operating and financial.
Prime Minister Haradinaj has said that the ASHNA job has its important specifications, but has acknowledged that he does not know they have made the new decision to raise salaries.
He has indicated that for this reason he has made the law of wages to reduce discontent within those paid with state money, which he thinks would be the most privileged surgeons.
But for precisely the cofficients appointed with the salary law, surgeons have gone on strike.
The surgeon Morina says the definition of cofficiency 5 is offensive to them.
The strike and dissatisfaction with the wage law that has not yet been adopted have added to the teachers.
The latter require 30 per cent growth of the cofficiency defined by this law.
ASHNA workers are not involved in the salary law because of the specific work they do, according to the government.
