If you do not get enough sleep, you should be endangered by this disease

Researchers say that less than six hours of sleep increased the risk of cardiovascular disease to 35 percent compared with those sleeping between seven and eight hours. Sleep deprivation increases the risk of arteriosclerosis, which is an increase of plaque in the body arteries that cause them to narrow and harden. The team, led by the Spanish National Centre for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC) in Madrid, says the findings show that changes in sleep hours can be faster and cheaper than dealing with heart disease with certain drugs.
About 4 thousand bank employees in Spain were part of the study published in the American College of Cardiology. Participants averaged 46 years without any known history of heart disease from CNS-Santander's study P ESA, who sees the progress of cardiovascular disease. To measure their sleep, they carried an adjective machine that constantly measures the movement and exposure of light during seven days.
Researchers divided participants into four groups - less than six hours of sleep, six to seven hours of sleep, seven to eight hours of sleep, and eight hours or more.
