The chief of Serbian diplomacy, speaking of a Serbian television, has also commented on Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Serbia, as well as the position of EU Diplomacy chief Federica Moghrini, regarding the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Daciq said the US will not allow Kosovo to be an obstacle to reaching a permanent agreement.
