The chairman of the court, Becir Kaluldra, has stated that all defenders of the accused have argued their absence with the decision made on January 8th by the Kosovo Lawyers' Oda, under which the decision lawyers boycott the court's work until another verdict is made.

Otherwise, the absence of special prosecutor Florije Shamlli was initially found, which was said to be present in court, but in another trial that is in custody and that she has justified her absence. But then the same was presented in the hall, writes the Law of Justice.

The next session in this case was postponed on March 11, originally at 9:00.

We remember that the Kosovo Council's Court of Lawyers Steering has announced that from today they will enter the general Boykt in all courts, prosecutors de police until the withdrawal of the ordinance and recommendation by the KDR.

The KDR's ordinance and recommendation has to do with restricting lawyers and other parties to court objects without invitation or permission from the chairman of the court.

The OAK Steering Council on the date of 05.01.2019 unanimously assessed that the Constitutional Court's Order in Prizren of the 08.08.2018 and the KDR recommendation of the 2712.2018 represent fundamental violations of the principle of access to justice and as such are unacceptable. The Steering Council has demanded that the Order and recommendation be withdrawn late until today's 08.01.2019. ”, said in this notification.
