They use them as emergency tools mainly when they feel they have a drop in sugar levels. But if you have not thought about it before, holding a package of small salt or some salt wrapped in a paper can save your life.
Low blood pressure is a health problem that causes such symptoms as dizziness, weakness, fatigue, vomiting, panting, vague vision, and cold skin.
When blood pressure is very low, it can lead to insufficient blood flow in organs such as the brain, kidneys, or heart.
Salt water can help you deal with low blood pressure because sodium increases blood pressure. So, to always save yourself from low blood pressure, it's good to keep some salt in your pocket.
What you need to do is add some salt (about 1 teaspoon) to a glass of water, or in the absence of a glass in a small bottle of water. Drink this mixture as soon as you feel the symptoms mentioned above.
