Report Ministry of Finance after AQP tender scandal: We had nothing in hand

The Ministry of Finance has withdrawn from the AQP, saying that in an operational sense it functions independently and that the Finance Ministry has no competence to appoint the tender criteria and the list of goods and which goods are bought with a tender and under which conditions should be announced.

Despite that, the Ministry of Finance will take all legal actions to clarify this situation in AQP”, the communiqué says.
