Edi Rama has dismissed Ilir Meta's arguments as scandalous for failing to recall Gent Cakaj as Albania's foreign minister.
According to Rama, Meta's refusal to decree Gent Cakaj as minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs is unconstitutional and shameful.
The arguments given by Mr. President are frightening to the scandalous and embarrassing level of the institution.
