PSD says São to give the government the votes for the budget if its conditions are not met

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has argued the decision to boost the number of advisers.
He says he needs advisers, due to additional commitments in dialogue with Serbia.
A number of advisers, Haradinaj says they have offered him several friendly states.
Under the Government decision, the prime minister is expected to have 24 political advisers who will be paid with state money, among them 9 of the communities.
While, 11 other foreigns who are not paid with money from Kosovo taxpayers.
Meanwhile, the 2019 budget vote, the prime minister says it will take place at the end of this month.
He believes he will meet the PSD requirements, related to the adoption of the Law on Salaries, the Government Law and the dismissal of Agriculture Minister Nenad Ricalo.
But, the PSD, which has set out 5 conditions for the budget vote, says the government's decision to increase the number of political advisers, and thus spending, should be in the prime minister's responsibility.
The party's chief of deputies, Dardan Sejdiu, says that without the terms met, among them that each ministry has no more than 2 deputy ministers will not vote on Haradinaj for the budget.
Currently, at least 5 deputy ministers are in each ministry.
The Democratic League of Kosovo and Vetevendosje have warned that they will not vote on the budget for 2019.
