A pound of Ferrari costs more than a pound of gold

Ferrari 250 GTO has a measure of 880 to 950kg, depending on source information. Knowing that it weighs 880kg, it turns out that 1kg of this car is worth about $55,000, while the case of unfavourable variants and a weight of 950kg, a kilo of Ferrari costs about $51,000.

On the other hand, a kilo of gold in early January was worth “just” 41,430 US dollars, which makes 250 GTO more expensive than the precious metal.
