Venice's main newspaper El Nacional has reported on the position Kosovo has taken to recognise Venezuela's interim president, Juan Gaido.
Following the decision taken by US President Trump, Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has granted formal recognition of Venezuela's interim president following former President Maduro's refusal to accept Venezuela's will for democracy and freedom.
El Nacional writes about Kosovo's will to support the democratic transition in Venezuela, and when democracy has been restored and new authorities have been established, respecting citizens, Kosovo will establish diplomatic relations with Venezuela and its democratic authorities.
On his tweet where Mr. Pacolli claims to know Gaido as president, he has received over 11,000 approvals, while in other posts he cannot even collect a handful of sosh.
#Kosovo Officially recognizes Juan Guaidó as the President of Venezuela. On behalf of the people & parliament of #Kosovo to @Jguido & the people of Venezuela: we wish you all the best in your path to restore democracy and we stand with you until #Libertad It's retarded.
