All mothers try to achieve everything on their own from the easiest day - to - day tasks at home to the greatest responsibilities associated with their children. This example of doing things on your own and feeling of independence is that mothers try to teach their children from an early age.
Mothers feel pressured to teach their child to do for himself:
- To rest himself to fall asleep;
- Go to bed themselves as soon as possible;
- Learn to go to the bathroom themselves;
- Learning to carry the bottle itself;
- Learning to play alone.
Don't do everything yourself
So, as a mother, we're under constant pressure to teach our children independence, but how do we teach them to accept help? Accepting help does not always mean that you cannot do it alone, but there is nothing wrong with helping you, even if you can do so alone.
How do we teach our children that “we” is better than “I “I”, and that working in group and community is important?
Seek Help
A valuable advice to teach this way of life to a child is first practicing you as a mother. Such independence by doing everything itself harms you and your family, so accept that there is nothing wrong with showing “variency” by relatives and friends. Seek help even with things you can do yourself. Create more contact with other mothers, seek help from your partner, relatives, friends, parents. You will feel more complete and less alone. Just because you can do one thing just doesn't mean you have to. /permothers. al
