So stated Minister of Education, Sports and Youth Besa Sahini today during the presentation of the Pact for the University, an organised meeting with ministers involved in the working group, reactors, deans, professors and students.
Draft, Sahin said, aims to address the needs of Albania's higher education system.
Speaking about the way the draft was built, Sahin said that “under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Erion Brace, all ministers, as well as SP deputies held during December a conversation with universities to unlock the problems and identify the best solutions to addressing the problems.
The process has lasted six weeks and today we have an initial draft. We need your remarks and suggestions, but this meeting is a starting point for this dialogue to start all”, Sahin said.
