Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, co-director of the Kosovo Delegation for Talks with Serbia, Fatmir Limaj, has hosted a joint meeting of Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Christian Heldt and France's Didier Chamber. During the day Limaj has also met Finland's ambassador to Kosovo, Pia Stirnwal, where the topic of discussion was Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Limaj has notified ambassadors of the Kosovo State Delegation meeting with European Union High Representative Federica Moghrini. Kosovo has expressed clear commitment to dialogue at this meeting, adding that Kosovo is interested in reaching an inclusive agreement, which in itself includes mutual recognition between the two countries, Kosovo's membership in the UN, recognition by the five EU nations, as well as opening the clear European perspective for Kosovo.
“has been a good meeting, fruitful one, and our impressions are good. The Kosovo State Delegation will do its best to have full co-ordination with other constitutional institutions in the country, and we will inform the leaders of institutions after each meeting in Brussels”, Limaj has said.
He has announced the ambassadors with steps being taken by the State Delegation, with particular emphasis on the formation of several working groups, which will consist of experts from different fields on the basis of topics to be held in Brussels between the two countries.
On the other hand, the ambassadors Heldt and Chambers praised the commitment of the State Delegation voted by the Kosovo Assembly.
The two ambassadors offered assistance to the respective countries for the Kosovo State Delegation in order to reach a final agreement between the two countries, which would close all open topics.
