Meanwhile, the draft of the new program, which refers to the period 2019-2023, contains major setbacks, writes Time [...] today.

The programme presents an inclusive framework of concrete short-term reforms and medium-term goals with priority for implementing the SAA. So there is a document through which Kosovo communicates with the EU about the implementation of the key contract it has with it.
Such documents, under different appointments, have all countries in the region in place that are part of the Stabilisation and Association process.
The Ministry of European Integration is the institution responsible for making co-ordination at the government level in terms of implementing the Programme.
In this government dictatorship, they have not indicated the degree of fulfillment of the PKZMSA during 2018.
But there is someone who monitors this degree of fulfillment. It is the EPIK Institute, a gray-tank established months ago, which for the objective has the support of efforts for Kosovo's European integration.
