Kosovo, Macedonia with agreements recognising drivers' license

Today, agreements have been signed on recirpoc recognition of drivers between Kosovo and Macedonia.

Kosovo Minister of Internal Affairs Ekrem Mustafa said that reaching this agreement is a good opportunity for both states, as credibility for relevant documents grows and offers citizens greater comfort.

“Liths between the two states are huge, this is a better advantage” he said.

While Macedonia's Minister of Internal Affairs Oliver Spasovski said this is a very important act, of which the citizens of the two states will benefit most.

This process has started a long time ago and will continue with a new chapter. It is an international act that benefits the citizens of the two states. During the realisation of this right, we believe that this step will improve co-operation between our two states”, Spasovski said, Kosovo passes.

He also announced that they have signed a memorandum of co-operation in some other areas of security.

For cross-border security between the two states, Macedonia's minister said security is stable. According to him, they should be more active in exchanging information to prevent organized crime.
