Sent to jail for a month the person who threatened Prime Minister Haradinaj

The Kosovo Special Prosecutor has accepted a statement by the Kosovo Police Antiterrorism Directorate against the B.E. defendants. Because of the conduct of criminal acts “the preparation of terrorist acts or criminal acts against the Constitutional and Security Order of the Republic of Kosovo, from Article 144 paragraph 1 concerning criminal work carrying out terrorist activity by Article 136 and 135 of the KPR.

Defendant B.E. During the end of 2018 and early 2019, it has been engaged in preparing terrorist acts in Kosovo, so that on January 10, 2019, using social networks it has published threatening photos of Kosovo Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, on the inscription “will come to an end of the Albanian license plate, Beydhgjelah<1>, made by a masked person, and in the rearline you see the flag of the terrorist organisation I SIS.

According to criminal speculation, all of this has happened with the aim of serious population intimidation or seriously destabilizing the fundamental political and constitutional structures of the Republic of Kosovo.

Also, the Kosovo Police, the Anti-Terror Directorate in Pristina, have made the raid on the suspect's home, where a “Iphone 6” has been seized after a threatening photograph and a knife has been found.

Defendant E. L, has been detained on January 11th 2019, as well as at the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has assigned the detention measure for 30 days”, the Special Prosecutor's announcement said.
