Italian investigative show “LE IENE”, has brought today's evening to the attention of one of the oldest wounds of Albanian society, blood feud. An Italian national, Francesco Scignano, has killed an Albanian boy named George. The late boy's father vowed to avenge his son, killing one of Francesco's sons.
According to Italian media on the evening of October 18, 2015, as Francesco and his wife were sleeping, George entered their home to steal. Everything happened shortly after midnight. The young Albanian man has left his shoes under the window and has climbed up to steal into the apartment of Italian citizens. His hands were wrapped in socks, with a view to not leaving fingerprints on the items he was about to touch.
About 1:20 a.m., Francesco is awake after hearing the noise coming from the kitchen and coming down to check in the dark. While watching a boy walk through the window with a screwdriver in his hand, Francesco hits Mark's son and Gjergj John dies after the bullet touches him very close to his heart. The Albanian boy tried to escape but died on a scale from bleeding. Franceso was charged with <x0) suicide in the circumstances of self-defense”, and today he is free from charges after by court ruling he did not prove guilty or that he had criminal purposes against Albanians.
But George's parents think differently. Italian journalist Louis Pelazza has visited their home in Albania and has asked about the situation. They believe their son was not a thief.
My son passed two friends near the house. Francesco shot my son through the window of the second floor of the apartment and everything happened after there were money problems. My son worked with an Italian about 80 years of age and had not paid for a few days. Maybe he thought my son went to rob him, but he didn't. My son's not a thief”. He confessed to Mark from the Bear Fuch, Pookie in front of the cameras.
I'll take my son's blood and then I'll be very calm. I have nothing with Francescon, but with his two sons. I don't care if I kill a pensioner because he's finished his life. Francesco must see how he is put to death. He must feel the same thing I felt when I buried my son”, followed by the father of the deceased further.
Asked by Italian journalist Louis Pelazza, George's mother has said the same thing.
If George didn't have his father alive, I'd avenge him. Blood is washed with blood”, she expresses it.
Francesso, meanwhile, shows that he lives in fear in his home while having to live quite freely, for he has done nothing illegal.
I sleep next door to my bed because I'm afraid it might come and kill me eventually, says the pensioner who's actually 65, not 80 like George's parents thought.
Mark again swears by his son's blood and promises to find Francescon wherever he is.
“Frenchco, thank you for killing the boy. The Italian state has forgiven you, you're lying after that... Without finding you, I won't leave you! And find a hole in it, where to shower, take shelter while you shower, gather your bodigars while you shower... A with money, a company, a son himself, or me, one will find and have it executed”, says the Albanian, whose son was killed.
Pelazza has also visited children confined to the same area, and there is Mario, who cannot even attend school. Teacher Ljiljana The Lion, who was also announced as the teacher of the year, has taken the initiative to go and teach in the homes of confined children so that they do not leave their homes and their lives are not threatened. Finally, Luigi compares the situation and tells the Italian pensioner that they will likewise end up living his children and grandchildren, since Mark has vowed to kill. But by no means, the Italian family refuses to live in distressing conditions.
