Venezuela's armed forces leader has attacked President Guaido, warning that the country could slip into a devastating civil war cause of “criminal plan”, as it has called it” to bring down Nicholas Maduron, translated by The Guardian, Periscopi.
In a live address to the nation tonight, Interior Minister Vladimir Padrino accused the Venezuelan opposition led by Juan Guaido, also accusing US and regional allies like Brazil, of making an effort against Maduros that could bring “kaos and anarchy” to the country.
We are here to avoid, at any cost... a conflict among the Venezuelans. It is not civil war, war among brothers that will solve Venezuela's problems. It's dialogue, ” said among other things Padrino. /Periscopi
